Our first grader and preschooler LOVE North End Montessori. This school offers so much! The before and after school care made life simple for us - letting us drop off and pick up both kids at the same time and location. With no transportation needed for before or after school care it was easier and safer for the kids. The classrooms are filled with kids who enjoy being at school and are led by teachers who care about their children. The facilities are excellent, with an indoor gym, fenced-in playground, and proximity to infant childcare and the Currier Museum.

In addition to the convenience, the school offers a classroom atmosphere that allows students to learn at their own pace and on topics that interest them. I feel our first grader was challenged academically and learned to love academics. Reading, math, music, Spanish, extra science and art enrichment courses. He even participated in a national spelling bee competition. There are many hands-on activities and extra courses.

Our kids never came home complaining about school, teachers, or peers. They would sometimes complain about being picked up too early, even though they were at school for before-school and after- school care. They genuinely enjoyed their time at North End Montessori.

Lastly, the teachers and administrators were accommodating and communicative whenever we had questions or concerns. I can enthusiastically recommend this school to anyone and wish there were more schools like it.

Right now, my son is in the Toddler House. he started 2 days per week and we/he loves it so much that we started sending him for 3 days per week. He is always excited to go and I love that they have monthly curriculums. I see my son learning what they say they are teaching 😊
one example is they said they were learning so about different animals and creatures one month. my son came home one day and dumped out all of his plastic animal toys which he has NEVER played with and wanted to make them!

    Summer Sessions & Camps

    Montessori summer camp at North End Montessori School in Manchester, NH is a wonderful environment and opportunity for children to experience Montessori during summer months outside of our typical classroom academic year.

    From June to September, campers enjoy a mixed-age, less-formal summer curriculum that includes plenty of outdoor activities and supervised water activities.  Older students benefit from opportunities to share their knowledge with younger children, and younger students learn from their older peers.

    Manchester NH Summer Camp

    Our Montessori-inspired summer programs are a valuable alternative to traditional summer programs for preschoolers and summer programs for elementary students.

    The nurturing warm environment of our curriculum engages campers in weekly themes as well as quiet time.

    Summer Childcare Programs

    Summer Camp for 2 year olds and other Toddlers

    Toddler Camp is our Montessori-inspired summer program for ages 15 months to 3 years old.  Students enjoy this warm environment and sensorial experience that introduces them to our enriching Montessori environment of multi-age classes.

    Summer Programs for Preschoolers and Kindergarten Students

    Montessori all-inclusive summer camp for preschool, kindergarten, and primary students is a mixed-age summer program for students ages 3 to 6 that features weekly themes in a professional curriculum.

    Summer Camp for 3 year olds

    One of the most popular outdoor activities during summer camp for 3 year olds include splashing in the waterworks on our safe and supervised large outdoor playground.

    Summer Camp for 4 year olds

    Activities popular during summer camp for 4 year olds include outdoor activities such as tending to gardens and exploring natural spaces outside the classroom environment.

    Summer Camp for 5 year olds

    Kindergarten students tend to enjoy the environment of relaxed afternoons exploring natural spaces, learning about life cycles of plants and animals.

    Summer Programs for Elementary Students

    6 Year Old Summer Camps

    Montessori Summer programs for elementary students include summer Camp for 6 year olds up to age 12.  Our mixed-age learning environment is an exciting alternative to traditional classroom summer programs.

    Each week campers engage in a variety of activities, adventures, and age-appropriate games about fun topics of interest as they learn and play.  Our previous Montessori summer programs for elementary students have included Paleontology, Astronomy, Archeology, Outer Space, Oceanography, Geography, the Medieval Era, and the Animal Kingdom.

    Our Summer Camp Theme for 2026 is Animal Kingdom! Every week of this fascinating 11-week curriculum features a new theme-based topic, with each day offering unique sub-topics to explore. Our professionally developed curriculum will cover the following themes:
